Important Warnings
- If you subscribed through a third-party provider (Apple App Store, Google Play, Roku, Amazon, cable/TV provider, etc.), you MUST cancel through that provider's system, not through HBO Max directly
- Downloaded content will be deleted and inaccessible after cancellation
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- Bundle subscribers (Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max) may need to cancel the entire bundle
- No pro-rated refunds are provided for cancelled subscriptions
