Go to voyo.nova.cz (now rebranded as Oneplay) and sign in to your account
Click on your profile icon or account settings in the top navigation
Navigate to 'Účet a služba' (Account and Service) or subscription settings section
Look for 'Plány předplatného' (Subscription Plans) or billing management
Find and click the option to cancel or manage your subscription
Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
If unable to find cancellation option, click 'Kontaktovat Podporu' (Contact Support) in the FAQ section to request cancellation
