Open Notion and sign in to your workspace
Click on 'Settings & members' in the left-hand sidebar (desktop)
Select 'Billing' from the settings menu
Click on 'Change plan' button
Select the option to cancel or downgrade to the Free plan
Confirm the cancellation (you'll retain access until the end of your billing cycle)
