Log in to your Spotify account at https://www.spotify.com
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
Select 'Account' from the dropdown menu
Scroll down to the 'Your plan' section
Click 'Change plan' or 'Cancel Premium' button
Follow the prompts and click 'Cancel Premium' again to confirm
Complete any retention offer screens by selecting 'Continue to cancel' or similar option
